We have chosen instead to offer a more exclusive and personalised experience: we welcome you by appointment, in complete privacy, allowing you to discover and try on our creations. Appointments can be held in person or remotely, according to your preferences, to provide you with a tailored experience.

For pieces available in stock, your order is shipped within 7 to 10 days. For made-to-order pieces, such as most of our rings, the production time is 4 to 8 weeks. Your package is guaranteed to be delivered in person with a signature, and is insured for the full value of the piece.

Shipping is always complimentary on every Margaret Mae order, regardless of the piece you choose.
For our customers in the United States, all customs duties and import taxes are included in the final price displayed at checkout. You will therefore have no additional fees to pay upon delivery.

As soon as your jewelry is packaged and ready to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

If you don't know your ring size, don't worry, you have two options. When selecting a size on one of our pieces, simply click on "receive a free ring sizer" and we will send one to you.
You can also visit your nearest jewelry store and ask them to measure your finger.

Yes, we offer engraving on your jewelry for €30. To request this, contact us at hello@margaret-mae.com or at +33 7 68 52 14 48.

Yes, we can absolutely offer any Margaret Mae piece in a different metal, color or carat. Please reach out to us at hello@margaret-mae.com to make your request.

We have chosen to offer the best possible price to our customers, without resorting to promotions. You have the assurance of purchasing your jewelry at the right price, without the worry of seeing the same piece discounted a few weeks later.

You may return your jewelry to the following address: Margaret Mae, 5 rue des Goncourt, 75011 Paris, France, and receive a refund within 14 days after the item has been received, provided that the following conditions are met (return shipping costs are at your expense):

• The jewelry must be in perfect condition and must not have been worn.
  
• The jewelry must be returned in its original packaging.
  
• The jewelry must be returned within 14 days of receipt – postmark being proof of dispatch.
  

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.

This includes in particular:

• engraved or personalized jewelry;
  
• made-to-measure creations;
  
• items produced to order in a customer-selected size requiring dedicated production.

If your jewelry is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it free of charge. We will also replace any lost stone once. We also offer a one-time free replacement of the satin cord on your Sunlight bracelet if it becomes worn.

1. Avoid bathing with your jewelry

To prevent losing your jewelry, it is advisable not to bathe with it. Water often makes fingers slippery and can loosen clasps, increasing the risk of your precious jewelry coming off and getting lost. Keep them safe by removing them before any bathing!

2. Avoid sleeping with your earrings

To prevent distorting your earrings, it is recommended not to wear them while sleeping. Movements during the night can bend or weaken the posts and clasps, risking damage to your jewelry. To keep them in perfect condition, take them off before going to bed!

3. Regularly clean your jewelry to remove accumulated dirt

To maintain your jewelry and revive its shine, simply clean it with a little warm water, a drop of mild dish soap, and a soft children's toothbrush. Gently dampen the brush and apply the soap, then softly scrub your jewelry to remove impurities without damaging it. Rinse with clear water and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth for a perfect result!
