Delivery

• Your package will be personally delivered and requires a signature upon receipt.
• Enjoy free delivery, fully insured for the value of your jewelry.
• Standard delivery takes 7-10 days for in-stock items and 4-6 weeks for custom-made pieces tailored to your specifications.

Returns

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Product to exercise your right of withdrawal. You may exercise this right via:

• an online withdrawal process available on the Website;
• a withdrawal form; or
• any clear statement expressing your intention to withdraw, including by email.
  

The Products must be returned within 14 days following notification of withdrawal, in their original condition, unworn and complete. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

The refund will be processed within 14 days from the notification of withdrawal. It may be deferred until the Products are received or proof of shipment is provided.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

This includes in particular:

• engraved or personalized jewelry;
• made-to-measure creations;
• items produced to order in a customer-selected size requiring dedicated production.
  

These Products are clearly identified on the product page prior to purchase.
